This was our first in-house refurbishment project, a complete strip out keeping original features and adding our own bespoke touches. This client achieved the highest price per square foot ever recorded in this building.

Working closely with the owner, developer and builder these original 1 bed apartments were combined to create an amazing three bed apartment, which broke all price per square foot records in this exclusive block in the heart of Mayfair.

Another one of our in-house complete refurbishment projects, beating our previous record for the price per square foot in this building, located in one of Knightsbridges' premier locations.
CLIFTON HILL
An incredible 6000 square foot house in the heart of Belsize Park, which was extensively refurbished by the owner. We provided a bespoke furniture pack for the entire property, creating a sophisticated yet durable look, ensuring our client received a fantastic return on their investment.
GAYNES PARK
A truly magnificent mansion in the heart of Essex, converted into seven extremely high end apartments. Working closely with the developer and designer, we produced many bespoke items in one apartment and provided a bespoke furniture package in another.
GLEBE HOUSE
A stunning Grade 2 listed residence with high ceilings and outstanding features. Setin approximately 4 acres of landscaped gardens, including a swimming pool complex and tennis courts within it's own walled gardens. We worked very closely with the owner to furnish the entire property, creating one of the finest homes in Hertfordshire.
REGIS COURT
This duplex apartment in Hampstead was on the market for a while and not had any real interest. The owner undertook a complete renovation project asking us to produce a contemporary yet homely feel. This apartment was sold almost immediately for a much higher asking price.
